The Focused Conversation is a 1-day course that will help you guide groups and teams during difficult and courageous conversations. You will also be able to facilitate a group to make better decisions together using a tool called ORID.

This 1-day course is perfect for those who want to learn a tool they can implement immediately. To build on and practice this method further, consider attending our 2-day ToP Facilitation Methods course.
